Sometimes you get the dream project. I was asked to transform Park City Utah’s famed Claim Jumper restaurant for Bon Appetit’s pop-up supper club during the Sundance Film Festival. Celebrities galore flocked the venue twice a night to promote their lastest films and enjoy the meals created by top chefs.

The space was painted in the signature Prudence chartreuse and black and accented by custom-made burlap lampshades, tablecloths and curtains. Local artists were called in to display their original paintings.

Tapping into my inner foodie, the space was filled with edible plants and flowers. Distressed, vintage farmer’s tins were used as vases and wheat grass boxes romanced the surfaces.
